Not a Good Fit?

We want you to love your purchase and feel beautiful and amazing in your clothes. We understand that sometimes an item may not fit the way you hoped or was simply not for you.

Returning items to Blush Street Boutique, is the responsibility of the customer including shipping cost. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition; unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Item(s) must be free of perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair, or stains. Returns must be sent back to us within ten days of receiving your order for store credit. For those out of town a tracking number must be provided within ten business days of receiving your order. Those that are picking up have ten days to return from the day you receive your pick-up notification. Shipping must be paid for by the customer and is their responsibility to arrange shipping back to us. We recommend you use Canada Post and a tracked shipping method for your return as packages lost in transit are out of our control. Shipping is non-refundable. Exchange or store credit will be issued once we receive the items and they have been inspected. All accessories including hats, mitts, masks, scarves, socks and slippers are FINAL SALE. Please note that all items purchased on sale (ie. BOGO's, Flash sales, and any sale with a discount of 15% or more) along with clearance items are FINAL SALE

Please be patient, store credits may take one to five business days to be issued.

Damaged Items

We thoroughly inspect all items before shipping but in the event that an item is damaged or defective upon receiving it, we must be contacted within three days. If we are not notified of the damaged item within three days, we have the right to refuse return or replacement. Please email photos of the damaged product to blushstreet@outlook.com. Damages caused by removing hang tags will not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Any orders that are cancelled once they've been placed will be refunded as store credit.
